Friendship

MOBC’s Friendship Group offers a program of  in-house events and outings. The Group is basically for retired  folk, though anyone with spare time during the day would be most welcome.  Friendship meets monthly on the third Thursday from February to November, with times flexible to suit the day’s activities.  A brochure is available from the church office.

During 2009 the group has enjoyed presentations by representatives of the Athritis Foundation and the Commonwealth Respite & Care Link, as well as visits to Garden Island, the Powerhouse Museum, and the Carrington Hotel in Katoomba.
