ABM

Earlier this year, MOBC’s leadership team launched a process of planning and consultation aimed at producing a bold and purposeful strategy called Towards 2015.

At an initial meeting, held in April, Ministry Leaders were encouraged to share their hopes and dreams for the next 5 years and then sent out to discuss these ideas with the wider congregation.

Having consulted as widely as possible, Ministry Leaders will meet again in early September 2009 to draft a set of short, medium and long term goals. This document will be made available to all who are interested and be presented at the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) on Sunday 8th November. The ABM will be asked to discuss Towards 2015 and agree a final version that the whole congregation can embrace and support.

Please know that if you attend MOBC then the MLT welcomes your input. Feel free to approach any of the pastors or Ministry Leaders with your ideas, comments or suggestions. And make sure to attend the ABM, yourself, so that you can be part of the decision to go boldly over the next 5 years.
